The staff were very accommodating. The manager was great trying to fix problems and make the stay great. Kudos to him.

Located in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood, The Midtown Hotel is in the city center and near a metro station. Boston Harbor and Boston Marathon Finish Line are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Newbury Street and Faneuil Hall Marketplace. Check out an event or a game at Fenway Park, and consider making time for New England Aquarium, a top attraction not to be missed. Our guests appreciate the hotel's central location for the sightseeing. It's also convenient to public transportation: Symphony Station is just steps away and Prudential Station is 3 minutes by foot.
Mid century modern is one thing as a decorating style but the hotel has not updated the infrastructure. Needs serious updating of bathrooms, AC and mattresses. We were in town to move our son into his dorm at Northeastern but will try another hotel from the NU list.
