The rooms are well laid out and comfortable, but the maintenance issues were a disappointment. The manager was wonderfully responsive and by the end of the visit, had the issue resolved. I'd give this place another try.

This was a pretty disappointing stay. The room looked generally worn and wasn't very clean (smudges on the walls/furniture, many/most dishes were slightly dirty, we dropped a pacifier under the couch and found a toy knife and a ring pop...etc.). There was a ton of very audible footfall and other noise from upstairs, which impacted our sleep. We requested an infant bed, which was in the room upon check-in, but the sheet wasn't the correct size for the mattress and this is a safety hazard (we went out to buy a sheet the night we arrived, which was inconvenient). We requested a comforter for the pull-out bed but none were available - instead we were given 3 very worn looking blankets with lots of holes. There were also small bugs in the kitchen. Staff members were generally fine, but all of these little things really add up - we definitely won't be staying here again. We've had much better stays (for about the same price) at other hotels in the area.
