      5-Star Experience

Max has a great place near the Bunker Hill Monument. I spent a vacation week in Boston in mid-May with my family (wife and two 20-something sons). We found the condo to be safe, secure, and in a fairly good location. The neighborhood is filled with families and we loved living in a community instead of just staying at a hotel. We had a rental car and Max provided us a parking spot in a gated lot behind the condo building. We used the rental car for out of town trips (Plymouth, Cape Cod, Lexington, Concord, and Salem). Around Boston, we used UBER, although there is plenty of mass transit if you prefer. I can speak with authority when I tell you that you DO NOT want to drive in Boston. You can actually walk to most everything that you will want to do in Boston. We walked some but got lazy and enjoyed UBER most of the time. Loved the condo and we loved Boston!

Great location, super clean, lots of space

The condo was perfect for our stay, the bus stop is right outside and the Orange line is just a 10 minute walk away. The kitchen has a lot of space and is well stocked making meal prep a breeze. The beds were super comfy and the large. deep tub perfect for a soak after a long day of walking through the city. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

          Comfortable and Pleasant Condo

We stayed here over the week of Thanksgiving to visit with family in the area. The condo is very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were particularly comfy, and the kitchen well-appointed. The location offers easy access to Boston proper and the highway if you're heading anywhere north of the city. Charlestown itself has changed drastically from how I remember it in the 90s, it's a lovely area now. I noticed some complaints in other reviews, but didn't feel there was anything at all concerning about the area. There's some low income housing on the street, but if you've ever lived in a mid-size or larger city you'll feel completely comfortable with the neighborhood. My one complaint, and it isn't a big one, is that the floors are a bit loud from the neighbors above. It didn't bother me much but if you're a light sleeper you might want to wear some earplugs in case the upstairs neighbors are up before you. Otherwise we really enjoyed the place, and Max the owner was very nice in helping check us in, he even helped carry some of our bags up!

            Lovely Condo / Perfectly Located

Comfortable, clean, nicely appointed! Max's staff was welcoming and helpful upon arrival. My family had a wonderful time exploring the area, the property is located in a great location, many places to visit within walking distance. There was a bit of noise coming from the upstairs tenants, but other than that our stay was VERY comfortable. We did have some confusion with the parking in the gated lot. Make sure you communicate with Max to be clear on instructions if you plan to use the available private parking lot. Our vehicle was towed, apparently called in by a tenant of the building. The lot can only be accessed with a remote, so someone in the building gave the towing company access to the lot. Max was wonderful with helping us track down our vehicle. That was truly the only hiccup in our week long visit to Boston.

Immaculate appartment within walking distance to downtown Boston

We, two couples, had the pleasure of staying at Max's sparkling clean appartment in Boston. Great to walk to the waterfront, Navy Yard and water taxi, Bunker Hill, Freedom Trail, we enjoyed it a lot. Max was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around. The appartment is spacious and sparkling clean with everything you need. He even left a bottle of wine and cider in the fridge for us. The area feels safe and it is close to a nice Whole Foods store. We had a parking space behind the building and got around by bus, water taxi, on foot and with Uber. Max was very helpful and there for us when we had car trouble and even loaned us his phone. The only little thing was, that we are not used to appartment living in a big city anymore and the bustling activities in the building and around were sometimes a bit much. If we come back, we will definitely seek out Max's appartment again.
