    Disgusting

    Not sure how this hotel got its rating or the stars. Never experienced this from any Marriott. The bottom of the shower place and the drain ring in the sink was filled with mold. The room didn’t look like it was serviced. The pods were sitting in the coffee machine. The tea/coffee box was not refilled nor was the bathroom. I didn’t care for the refill but was grossed out with all the mold in the shower place. Called them everyday for 3 days straight about the mold. The front desk did mention they had addressed it to the service manager but no one showed up. When the person came in for servicing the second day, and I was under the impression that the hotel sent her to me, she was clueless about what I was talking and there was language issue. She just said ‘no tell me. Complain front desk’. And thats what I had been doing, complaining but nothing was getting done. Third day I got frustrated and before stepping out, I asked the front desk about my complains and they were under the impression that It was taken care and when I said I need this issue to be addressed immediately, they asked if I would like to switch rooms right then. I was about to go out for the day and not sure how would they expect me to change rooms. If that was offered to me the second day, I would’ve gladly taken it and would’ve been pleased by the service. Since my coffee station was refilled in my room, I got a green tea in the lobby and they wanted to charge me for the green tea. If I had it in my room,

    I miss microwave in room. most people coming for hospital visits want microwave in room for leftovers

    Baby friendly

    Excellent. Couldn’t ask for better. We had a baby and they were very accommodating and allowed us to late check out.
