I cannot say enough about the Boston Harbor Hotel team and the environment they have curated for their guests. From the first step through the door, Valet gave us his undivided attention to answer all of our city and hotel parking questions; Rodney checked us in with extreme professionalism and courtesy while Frank provided my crying five month old son with a stuffed alligator and soothed him while we checked in and received a complimentary upgrade, volunteered by the staff, and a credit for the next morning’s breakfast. Frank, the Bellman, I believe, took a notes personal pride in his workplace, thanking me multiple times as I expressed my excitement with the facility and the staff. In the room was provided a plate of fresh fruit and chocolate chip cookies and the cleanest room I have yet to experience from top to bottom with views of the harbor and city, both. Room service was incredibly prompt and courteous and daily cleaning was immaculate, even stepping in to clean dirty formula bottles we had left to cleanup on our return. I am going to run out of space, but the lemon ricotta pancakes were incredible, as was the clam chowder, both at the Sea Grille connected to the hotel. I can’t say enough about this staff and this facility; we will most certainly return and will look forward to it. I look forward to reaching out to the general management who’s business card was left with a welcome letter in the room upon check in. Stop searching and book the Boston Harbor.
