    Dont do it

    This had to be the worst stay I have ever encountered in all my travels. The place was okay. The service was horrible in that after hours as the guests above our room decided to rearrange furniture for 5 hours straight, fun back and forth across the room and repeatedly drop things on floor while their TV blared throughout the entire building...no one was working to handle the situation. It is absolutely absurd to run a hotel with no personnel working at night to handle problems. We had flown across the country for my daughter to start treatment at Boston Children’s Hospital only to forced awake ALL NIGHT on the eve of her admission. The paper thin walls, lack of service and inconsiderate fellow guests made this a business I will never frequent again. ...and $30 for a parking spot owned by the hotel is just stupid. Not to mention there is zero climate control for the rooms. I would leave and demand a refund 4 hours ago but no one is here to do anything.

    The experience at the Beacon INN was lovely. The staff is service oriented, kind and friendly. Thank you Nicole and Victoria. Our stay was lovely. The accommodations, clean and cozy. Will recommend and come back.

    Though the room was nice and the beds were comfortable, the bedroom we stayed in was on the other side of a door that was blocked off by an armoire. As soon as the staff arrived on Sunday at 8, it was very loud on the other side, and we couldn’t sleep. When we went to get coffee in the morning, we weren’t greeted, even though she looked at us as we came in the room. Also, the coffee pot didn’t have any water, so I asked the girl at the desk and she said “you can get it”. Which I was certainly taken back after that comment.
