Great that there was a pool and spa facilities although we found them too small to cater for such a big hotel. The pool and hot tub were very small and there were only 5 loungers in the conservatory. Also we couldnt use the sauna as it wasnt big enough and was always occupied with 2/3 ppl. There were no complimentary bottles of water in the bedrooms which I would expect from that standard of hotel. I also found the £4 tray charge too high. We booked dinner in the Orangery and were so disappointed with the ambiance and decor that we had to ask Anju restaurant next door to squeeze us in which they did. I highly recommend Anju restaurant rather than The Orangery if you want the appropriate dinner setting i.e. mood lighting, well dressed tables, great decor and TV with indian films playing, great service and most of all fantastic quality and quantity food at very reasonable prices.

    Great stay once again

Had a bit of an issue, but was quickly resolved By the new manager and he put me into another room. Some of the rooms are being renovated but i didn't think it affected my stay one bit, i heard no loud noises or saw mess anywhere. It was a bit colder than usual and so i asked for a heater which the receptionist sent straight away. Hotel was clean, so was my room. Food at the restaurant was great Just like always. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
