"Very friendly reception and welcome by the manager. Large public room w tables, games, fireplace, small microwave. At one side there's an outside covered seating area. Remember park hotels are not luxury hotels - the price is due to their relatively remote location; if you book through a third party, you cannot call the hotel for a refund, you need to contact the third party. Recommend bringing as much of your own food /drinks as possible. The "food" store is primarily junk food (in our opinion), the restaurant food not great (opinion)."

"My husband and I stayed here for a quite get away. The roads are very curvy and it is very secluded, but it is close to the Sequoia National Park which we visited also. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will reserve again if we are in that area!!! Five stars all the way!!"

"We can’t say enough good things about this cozy little place. We had the cabin next to the adorable little library. The room was clean and warm when we arrived. Joseph was the person who lives on property and he was wonderful! He helped us get checked in the first night and gave us some pointers for our trip the next day to Sequoia NP. We loved how quiet the property was and enjoyed our morning coffee out walking the resort. We would highly recommend this little cabin nestled in the woods! "
