Please don't be concerned that some sites will show this with Hostel in the name. This place is not what we think of as a Hostel. It is truly a Boutique Hotel and it was one of the best places we stayed in 30 nights in Italy. It was perfect for us because we were driving and wanted a place near Bergamo with free parking. We didn't realize it would be this great. It is a converted monastery and currently has 24 rooms. Each room is different, with different amenities. If someone with a car wants to stay outside of Bergamo, this is a great option. There is a light rail system that operates between Albino and Bergamo. The light rail station in Albino is just a short drive away and parking is free. Although there are 14 or so stops in between Albino and Bergamo each stop is very short and so the total journey doesn't take long. The light rail lets you off at the Bergamo train station. Very handy, and very cheap.
