"I didn't get his name, but a young man working on floor two outside noticed I wasn't finding my way and asked me if I needed assistance. I agreed, and he literally took control and helped me find my room work out whether it was going to work for me worked with the staff and the main desk to get me set up the room. Then we got all my bags out of my car and into the room. Made sure I was comfortable. He was very nice and helpful and professional. This was my first time traveling along with my Parkinson's disease. Was later that evening when I left my keys in the room, and he quickly politely helped me get in. I appreciate his help too. He was very kind and helpful."

"Great place to stay. Centrally located to lots of Bay Area places of interest, such as San Francisco and Napa. Very much appreciated the quick reply and communication with the host. Very easy and responsive to messages. Laundry, grill, outdoor space also available. Parking can be somewhat limited so worst case scenario would be a nice walk if needed. Host was very accommodating for an early check in as well given my early flight. My only suggestion would be to make the entry gate on the side of the house more distinct and recognizable with something like a sign, bird bath, etc to show their guests that they are definitely in the right place. Yes, there is a clear address but it can be somewhat disconcerting to enter a houses side yard and not know 100% if it’s the right house. Otherwise a great place to stay. I would stay here again!
