"Loved the cleanliness of the place in general. As soon as you walk in it smells fresh and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was ultra friendly as well. My room looked exactly as it did online. No disappointments from me. We didn’t need to use it but the microwave and fridge were spotless too! We will be back!"

The Property Manager's email response time is slow (1 week), and their replies are brief, not fully acknowledging the presented issues, and lacking information for questions or concerns. Additionally, the check-in process was challenging as they didn't answer the phone or return calls 30 minutes before arrival. The Ring doorbell system was ineffective for communication due to its quiet and frequent cutouts. Moreover, the room air conditioning was too dry, causing respiratory issues during extended stays. Lastly, with only one bathroom for three separate room rentals, it has been inconvenient several times over. Overall, while the place has its positives, the drawbacks in communication, misleading information, and limited amenities should be considered before booking."
