We needed this room as an overnight gathering place for us with our of town family. It served the purpose for sleeping but was very sparse. It wasn’t the kind of warm gathering spot we had hoped for to visit and have a meal together. The living room was not very inviting as a communal room. The futon was tubular and hard and bolted together so it wouldn’t open. There was no coffee table or comfortable cushions. The bar stools were tippy and the high dining table hard to sit at. They also could have used at least one easy chair. The kitchen dishes were all random, like cast offs from a yard sale. The beds were ok but, again sparse unwelcoming furnishings. But two fridges ???? Adequate for flopping for a night but certainly not a place I would want to settle into for a few days as a tourist coming to Barrie.
