After a long trip I arrived at this hotel around 9pm and had the worst check-in experience so far. I found out that my check-in details did not match with their system and the manager, his name is Waseem told me that they did not have a room with 2 queen beds for me. Which I specifically booked since I was traveling my colleague. The manager's communication skills were very poor and he told me that it was my problem because I made the booking through Expedia and added next time don't book through Expedia, make a booking on our own website. This was the worst client service I experienced and he was a manager! The other guests whom were waiting behind me in the line to check-in were shocked and told the manager that it is not your guest problem, it is the hotel's problem which you should argue with Expedia not with your guest. I do not recommend anyone to stay there unless you book it through their website.
