A hall laundry nook has a stack washer/dryer. Level 2 opens with a convenient hall high style granite and tile full bath with tub/shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 singles and a LCD TV/DVD. Queen bedroom 4 has a LCD TV. The great room has tall ceilings, pecan wood floors, super entertainment system with big screen and sound with I-hookup and to die for furnishings in the living area.
