The location was fantastic! Everything was in walking distance!

The initial check-in process from the start was bad. The front staff was very rude. Checked in to find hair on toliet, pulled beds back and 2 hairs inside the bed on the sheets. Our friends had a room there as well. Total of 4 rooms. Front staff didn't want to help us from beginning, continued to say they are sold out. Their first room had strong odor of chlorine inside entire room. Once we went down to complain, was able to move us to another room. She wouldn't give us key to new room. Told us we needed to pack up, bring all luggage downstairs then would give new key. Overall, for a Hilton I was very dissappointed.
