When I arrived there was no access code sent to me to access the key inside the building. I had to call someone to help me. Then I was told that there was no one onsite to give me a parking pass, so I would have to pay for my own parking or risk being towed. I was told that there would be a parking pass placed under my door at 10 p.m. No one offered to pay for my parking. The door code I was send to my room did not work. The heating and cooling system is so loud that it sounds like the ocean is in your sleeping room. It was not possible to shut it off. House keeping tried to enter the room twice while I was sleeping and after the first time I remind them that I had an extra hour due to late check out. They came again 40 min, later and I again reminded of the late check out. It was not a pleasant experience.
