Comfort Inn Civic Center

Orbitz/Expedia reservations do not to expect anything extra. Booked a suite and was first given a standard room, returned to the desk and was given an upgraded room returned a third time showed the confirmation email and was questioned if I had in fact booked the suite (selected the best room, suite). Said yes the best room and showed the current price for the suites which was by then a few dollars lower than I had booked with the cancellation option. Still reluctant but they did give me the suite finally. In the early stages of I was told I had booked via Expedia and I could have called and got a better rate. Took a chance on check in day arriving at 2pm and asked if by chance could get checked in early. Was asked my name which looked promising only to have them look at my reservation then tell me Nope 3 pm is the best we can do. Strange they had to look up my reservation to tell me no, regular check in time applies. On check out I inquired if there was a late check out option and I was will to pay for this if so. Was told I could have 30 mins, as there were other Choicehotels members already there with late check outs and implied that I was an Expedia guest and not to expect anything extra. If not a choice member do not expect anything more. Expedia/Orbitz guest are second rate guest here. I was told at least three times I was an Expedia guest and I could have done better if I had called directly.
