Excellent overall - super convenient, comfortable, and restful
Very easy to get to Augusta, Hallowell, and Waterville. Super close to the hospital if traveling there for work. Everything seemed brand new. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook small or elaborate meals. Bathroom new and super clean. TV had free Netflix and Showtime. I've returned a few times now and love it. I would say its great for short stays, but even weekly or monthly this would be a great spot. For the money this is easily the best place around.
WOW... as advertised and great hosts
Blown away that finally a rental that was as depicted.... clean... quiet.. and even had a laundry facility. Hosts were very very accommodating and super nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Clean and quiet. First day I almost locked myself out when I was barefoot and little shorts and no shirt and the key code was inside as I hadn’t memorized it yet. Not sure what I would of done as there is no staff there. Very uncomfortable kitchen chairs. Very comfortable bed. I really appreciate the price and having the kitchenette.
