My family which included my children arrived at property at 4:24am from traveling over 9hrs to get here. We had called hotel around 10pm to give them our estimated arrival. The person behind desk proceded to check us in, then states they dont have any rooms, i showed my confirmation from my email, the person clearly didnt know what they where doing. They called several people asking how to do this and that by now it was 6:24am the sun was starting to come up, hotels in area where booked. Final the person just handed me some keys to two rooms and said the manager Linda or Tracy will handle check in this morning. When we opened our doors to our rooms, you could tell they hadnt been clean, I go down to front desk and now Linda has arrived, she tells me they only have one other room which has been cleaned and apologizes so half of my family slept in this dirty room. Of which we really had no other choice. We slept in chair due to soiled linen and dirty bathroom. Upon second day we were given new linen and told they didnt have housekeepers there so we had to make our own beds, Im not exaggerating. Of course I complained was informed we wouldnt be charged for two day. As of today Im still trying to get refunded the charges off my card. This also was during hurricane Dorian, please dont stay at this hotel. It really needs to be under new management.
