I rented this apartment for a few weeks for an employee who lives out of town. When I went and checked out the place in person, the apartment was decent; however I checked out the property in the middle of the day... and very few people were there. When my employee checked into the place, she felt very uncomfortable and unsafe from the moment she arrived. She mentioned there were several people loitering just outside her window. Since my employee didn't feel safe, she requested I move her to another site. I explained the situation to the property manager..... and she refused to return my payment. My opinion only, but that isn't a good business practice. Again, I'm not happy with how things turned out. My recommendation? Find another place to stay.
