A perfect retreat for groups visiting the local private schools (Berkshire, and Hotchkiss, Salisbury are all under 20 minutes) and ski mountains (Catamount and Butternut).

The farmhouse is designed to meet the needs of families and larger groups, boasting 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, zoned heating and air conditioning, WiFi and Roku TV access, ample indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and new washer/dryer.
