The complex is very interesting. Our apartment did not work, the TV, the Internet and neither the phone. So, We can analyze that who is in the Hilton Hotel had the facilities. The worst of it all is that we paid the most expensive room in the villa that is in the Hotel. We had no comfort or ease. Unfortunate. It should be noted that Biminiis is a Wonderful place.
There were used condoms and lube in the bedside table. Also, the only time house keeping came over the 4 days was randomly at 11:30pm and woke us up. One of the oddest places I’ve ever stayed. Check in was also a huge hassle because the person who was supposed to check us in just wasn’t there for a hour.
THE SERVICE AT THIS PROPERTY IS JUST AWFUL. THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK IN ANY UNIT- I GUESS REASON WHY IT IS OFFERED FREE. WHEN YOU REQUEST SOMETHING AS SMALL AS TOWELS IT TAKES SEVERAL CALLS AND MANY HOURS. IE WE CALLED ONE MORNING AT 9, MADE 4 MORE CALLS AND FINALLY GOT OUR TOWELS AT 630PM. EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED, FACILITIES CLOSE, JACUZZI-CLOSED; POOL CLOSES AT 8PM, DINING FACILITIES CLOSE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO GIVEN TIMES ON SIGNS. LONG LINES EVERYWHERE... IT IS JUST AWEFUL. WE COULD NOT BELIEVE THE HILTON CHAIN HAS ITS NAME ON THIS.WHEN YOU PAY $4000 USD FOR A TWO BEDROOM UNIT FOR 4 NIGHTS YOU EXPECT SERVICE AND TOP OF THE LINE FACILITIES- THIS RESORT DOES NOT OFFER ANY OF THEM. THEN THE STAFF IS RUDE, WE FOUND 2 , YES 2 EMPLOYEES THAT WERE GREAT. THE CONCIERGE-DUDDLEY AND ONE OF THE SERVERS IN THE MAIN DINING ROOM.
