Overall GREAT experience for a really cheap price. We stayed here while on a road trip across the country & this was our favorite hotel. Friendly staff, luxurious & clean room, lots to do in the hotel, good breakfast.

Very nice rooms. The hot water in the shower took a few minutes to get hot, but overall great experience.

One of the best experiences at a hotel ever...

Setting this review up properly....I stay at this hotel every time I travel anywhere near the Albuquerque area, which is usually two times per month for at least a few days each trip for business. All of the rooms at this facility are large, clean and have all of the nice amenities that I always look for in a hotel. The staff is very customer service oriented, friendly and extraordinarily accomodating. On this particular stay, I was literally going to be driving past this hotel in order to visit a customer about 60 miles further south the next morning. I hadn't made any reservations yet, but I knew what I could expect at this hotel, so why risk it. I just decided to book an overnight stay here. The gentleman at the front desk asked me if I was partial to the room I booked with two queen beds, which I replied "No, it was the lowest priced one available". He then excused himself for a few seconds then came back and said they were going upgrade me. I thanked him and went and checked into my room. I think that I can honestly say that out of the 1,000 or so rooms I've spent the night in across the country over the past 9 years this was the nicest room I've ever stayed in, especially when you consider the price I paid. So if you're ever staying in the Albuquerque area, you won't go wrong staying here. Try to stay in the 4th floor or higher, because the views of the mountains and Albuquerque are phenomenal. They've got a customer for life in me.
