"Place is great. Nice beds great parking lot and your right on the river. Easy drive to just about everything. Turn right out of the parking lot go to the light turn left and your at the island. They have an outside gazebo that you can use. Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. But this is a annual trip and I will be booking again for next year."

"Hotel was everything I could have asked for. Comfortable, clean, quiet, nice view of mountains and pool, jacuzzi tub was nice, hot water, cold air, heat, everything worked in the room. Bed was comfy, the windows had sun shades so the sun didn’t wake you up in the morning, every room has a balcony with chairs so you can sit outside and relax, even though we didn’t get to enjoy it, pool is heated to 81 degrees and there are fire pits and plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the view. You have a nice view of the activities and attractions of pigeon forge where you are at. Parking was excellent. Hotel had places to park in front, beside, below, and even its own parking garage so no worrying about finding a place to park with an elevator in the parking garage to get to your room. Staff is super friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with anything you may need. Breakfast was also very good.overall nice, clean, smoke free environment. I would definitely recommend and will consider staying again on my next trip to pigeon forge. Best western apple valley was our favorite hotel we have stayed at so far in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee."
