"I really like the room. Clean and modern. Service wasn’t so great. I won’t accept COVID as an excuse. It’s now six month since this pandemic started. The one person that was at the front desk could not check me in. I had to wait for someone to come. I called down to inquire about food and was told I could call and order pick up from the hotel restaurant. The restaurant employee first told me to come down and Oder from the bar then decided to take my order over the phone. After she couldn’t answer questions about the menu, I decided to go down and order from the bar around 7pm. Bar tender ask me to wait a minute even though there was no one at the bar. He handed me a ‘snacks’ menu and said dinner wasn’t available. It was an overall very bad experience. Restaurant was not crowded. If the service is ‘different’ due to COVID, the rate for the hotel room should be different as well, which it was not! "
