"Traveled during Covid time first week of December 2020. The location of the hotel is awesome. The beach is just gorgeous. Shops are nearby outside the hotel. A Starbucks and Dunkin walking distance from the hotel. The service was great. Staff is pleasant and helpful. They try the best. Three restaurants in the place if you’re staying all inclusive. They have great food but not a lot of selections. Breakfast was the same almost everyday with the major popular food available daily. Rooms are outdated. A regular room for a family of 4 is too small. The beds are comfortable but too small. I booked for two queen instead they were full size. When I called and asked the desk they said that those were queen size. That was disappointing but we did ok with it. Honestly, it was a good place. Kid friendly, excellent staff and taste food. "loved it!, the area is wonderful, many resorts down the strip. only thing is me and my husband came for our honeymoon and we had boarding trouble into Canada so we arrived a day late and the hotel wasn't very understanding and wouldn't give our $533 night fee because they said it was already and they couldn't give it to anyone else, also the hotel room was still dusty and not the cleanest i've been in.
