"We left at 11 AM on Sunday, same time as dozens of other people. There was only one person operating the valet desk. We asked the checkout desk if somebody could come help, they said it was a third party company and they couldn’t come out and help. It took us 45 minutes to get our car. It’s too bad that a great experience was hampered on exit. We did enjoy the property, the location, and the cleanliness of the room. We would stay there again, we would just self park. "

"We had a great stay with Sheraton Vistana! The property was very well taken care of and had a lot of things to do. The condo was clean, and we loved our enclosed balcony that helped prevent any pests from getting in. The only thing we didn't necessarily like was that it was a time-share facility. We didn't know that until we got there. Fortunately, we weren't pestered about it much. They would leave us a message once per day on our condo phone for the first few days, but that was it. All of the facilities were in great condition, and the beds were super comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!"
