With a great location in the Salamanca neighborhood and near the Las Ventas bullring, the NH Parque Avenidas also has a swimming pool(review opening dates with the hotel), a garden and tennis courts for ours guests' enjoyment. Additionally, it boasts easy access to the M-30 highway, the airport and the IFEMA business fairgrounds.
NH Parque Avenidas has 26 lounges, with capacities ranging from 25 people to more than 800. You are able to choose the arrangement that you need, and our team will turn it into the most suitable place to celebrate such conventions, banquets, company meetings, conferences, etc. They are modern and functional spaces, fitted with every possible technical and personal resource needed for your event to be a success.
This hotel has a large area of 400 m2 and is completely air-conditioned. Furthermore, we have our garden and terrace, measuring over 900 m2, which are also available for having cocktails, aperitifs, coffee breaks, etc.
Endorsed by the professional chef Joel Toms, with more than three decades of experience within kitchens he has now formed a Mediterranean kitchen in our Restaurant Teniddo 7. The fundamental base for this type of cuisine is rice, but not forgetting the fish and flavoursome meats.
Also the NH Parque Avenidas offers a nice wisky Bar "Park Avenue Bar Terraza " with a large Terrace facing to our special garden and pool. Guest will enjoy drinking one of our special cocktails leasening music and having fun with friends.

Entry costs around $10, but if you visit after 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, admission is free. For free entry on the weekend, visit on Saturday from 2:30 to 9 p.m., or Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The lavish home of the royals dates back to the ninth century and is a total must-see on a Madrid vacation. The palace is smothered in marble, art, gold and stunning frescoes and framed by immaculate gardens. Admission costs about $10, or a few dollars extra if you want a guide. If you visit on May 18 (International Day of Museums), entry is free.
