If you book a prepaid hotel rate that's backed by our Best Price Guarantee, and then find the same room, in the same hotel, for the same dates, at a lower price online within 24 hours, we'll refund the difference. Just e-mail guarantee@cheaptickets.com within 24 hours of your purchase with:

  1. Booking confirmation number
  2. Name
  3. E-mail address of your CheapTickets account
  4. Telephone number with area code
  5. Hotel name
  6. Dates of hotel stay
  7. Room type
  8. Check-in and check-out dates
  9. Rate quoted
  10. Complete Web address (URL) reflecting the lower rate you found online for the same dates and hotel room you purchased on CheapTickets.com.

Remember to make a printout or take a screen shot of the page with the lower rate, in case a customer service representative has questions. Expect a response to your claim within 24 hours. Please read the Best Price Guarantee terms and conditions below for full details.

The CheapTickets Customer Experience Team will contact you via e-mail. If we are unable to replicate the lower rate, we will request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) from you in order to verify the lower online rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.
