Pleasant Hotel

A little pricy, but well worth it. The room was quite nice, luxurious, and spacious. Hotel provided many amenities and perks. Would definitely stay there again. Great location - right at bottom of hills and ski valet was very convenient.

Looking for Wildlife

We loved the location near the national parks and had a great visit. The staff that assisted us with our car and luggage were great--friendly and helpful. However, the light bulb in the toilet room was burned out and I reported it twice....it was never replaced and how hard can that be? The attitude of the reception desk led us to believe this was pretty normal for this place. We overheard others checking out and they were also mentioning minor things about their rooms needing repairs. This place is too expensive to have these types of issues.

No Hot Deal, but worth its money

A very clean and luxury hotel. We had a standard room, it was a little bit to small. Unfortunately no breakfast included.

Nice Place

This was a nice hotel. Nothing over the top, yet met all my needs during my stay. I visited in September. I found the hotel to be expensive, but all the hotels in Teton Village are, and if I had to pick again I would probably pick this one.

Snake River Beauty

My wife and I both agree that our experience here was absolutely fantastic. Everyone associated with this establishment, that we had contact with, were ever so helpful and friendly. I will repeat my stay there as soon as possible. The location is one of the best things going. It is right in the middle of some of the best wildlife viewing anywhere in the USA. We saw Bear, Moose, Deer and all kinds of birds within 3 miles of the hotel. Yellowstone National Park is only 79 miles from the Snake River Lodge and Spa, so you can sleep in a little later if you want and still make it to see "OLD FAITHFUL" by noon.

Don't leave Jackson Hole without trying BUBBA's bar-b-que. It is great food and the price is right.

Fantastic Stay

My husband and I brought my parents for an overnight stay at the Snake River Lodge & Spa. We found it to be perfect for our needs and really impressed my parents. Our room was large enough for us each to have a queen size bed and not be all over each other. We loved the pool and hot tub area - all four of us used it and absolutely loved how relaxing it was. The morning hot cider & cocoa was a wonderful plus and the decor all over the hotel was wonderful. It was a good value and we absolutely loved our short time there with my parents. My parents loved it so much we plan on making this an annual tradition (but a longer stay!). Thank you Snake River Lodge for being exactly what my family needed! :)

Be sure to visit the Bar T5 in Jackson! It's so family friendly and my parents loved hearing songs from their generation. Great food and a lot of fun!

Wonderful, but...

The lodge was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, but the staff gets mixed reviews. The valets were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk was also until we called with maid service issues. The coffee service was not cleaned and replenished any of the days of our stay, we had to ask for it, and when we did the the front desk never apologized. The maid had not cleaned our room by 5:00pm Saturday night! Also, we never received additional bathroom products. It just seemed for the price we were paying, the service should have been better, especially after we had to request service more than twice. Also, I think they skimped on the room service breakfast. The food quality was good, just small in quantity. And no salt/pepper on the tray!
