Trip out west

We get to our hotel and they did not have our reservation that we booked online. We had our confirmation paperwork along and thank goodness they were able to get us into a room. The room was clean, the bed mattress was very firm, a little too firm for our liking, and the shower had hardly any water pressure. Those were the only 2 issues that we had with the hotel otherwise our stay was relaxing. The hot tub and pool area was very nice. The view outside the hotel was nice.

Absolutely loved it!

We had the 1-bedroom suite. Totally loved it! Very clean and comfortable. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Light in bathroom was burned out. We had a maintenance man to our room within 5 minutes of mentioning it to the Front Desk. Loved the mountain decore! Only regret was our stay was too short.

terrible room

we booked 2 rooms over 6 months ago for us and our daughter and grandson due to pictures and reviews on Internet. rates were high so expected the room to be very nice. rooms were quite small with zero view out of window. when calling front desk to change rooms was told sold out and could not change. also strange that dining room only open for breakfast and dinner, but could order lunch via room service. last morning before checkout, lobby ran out of coffee which was annoying. overall wish we would of stayed at one of the other properties in Teton village. not worth the price at all, plus shocked this property is rated 4 stars.

Last minute stay!

We booked this room on-line based on a last minute change in our vacation plans in Jackson Hole, WY. The front desk staff couldn't find the reservation at first due to a problem with their computers; or so I was told. Eventually, they found the reservation and we got our room. Staff was helpful and polite. Didn't use any of the Spa or weight room services. But the weight room was impressive for a Hotel. Indoor/outdoor pool was nice and well equipped with ice water and big towels. We used the Inn because it was close to the Teton Village Bike Park.

Snake River Lodge and Spa

Staff was great -- friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the parks as well as downtown Jackson. There are many fun things to do nearby. If we had an actual view, the stay would have been perfect. We couldn't even tell what the weather was accurately by looking out our window. We would stay there again, but request a better view,

Disappointing

Great location in Teton Village, however, less than welcoming. Service inconsistent. Lots of opportunity for improvement. Not a 4 star resort.

Perfect Service

The room was well-appointed and very comfortable. The beamed ceiling was very cozy. The tram ride to the top was great. Although we had already eaten breakfast, I would recommend the Cabin at the top for Waffles and a view, if it's clear. Very nice resort.

Good Visit to Jackson Hole

We had a nice stay at Snake River Resort and Spa. The hotel has a new and old section. We had a King Room in the new section. Which is a long way from the lobby area. There is absolutely no view unless you like looking at the Four Season's Hotel. The only positive on location is that it is slope side. The spa is great! Nice locker rooms with all the amenities. Maid service was bad. First day no clean towels. Bed wasnt made up properly each day. (throw pillows left on floor or seats in room), tissues not refilled, complimentary water not left each day, and had to ask for coffee. Heater in room was excessively noisy and would not shut off. The first night the room was so hot we opened the window. From then on out we had the A/C on and still couldnt get the room temp below 70. Too hot for sleeping and the fan ran all the time...noisy. Had maintenance come check it and it still wasnt better. Staff: Front desk, Concierge, and restaurant staff were wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. I guess you take the good with the bad? Just not the 4-5 star Resort experience we are use to!

Dining in town Jackson is the best! Snake River Grill was fantastic and the Bistro in town as well! Two of our favorites. Reservations are a must! The Thai place at the mountain is suppose to be good, tried to get in but it was too busy and they dont take reservations!
