Great Pool

Had a nice time at the hotel. Great pool that was nice and warm for a cold April day. Cute stuffed animals for sale on the bed, I was a little paranoid the kids would sneak one and I'd end up paying for it though. Good location close to the square.

It is pretty close to everything in Jackson

Staffs are nice. Jackson is pretty. This place is close to pretty much everything. But the rooms are old. Lights are low. Overall pretty clean, but we had yellow bed sheets, and half bottle of shampoo.

An Average Hotel but a good value

This is not a luxurious hotel, but is an ordinary, clean well appointed room. The location is right in that it's close to downtown and within walking distance of several restaurants. The staff was pleasant and gave me a first floor room with parking right in front of the room which was appreciated. I would stay here again.

Great location

Great location within walking distance to downtown. Had a pool and sauna. We left really early in the morning so didn't have breakfast but nice enough for what we were looking for.

Comfortable but Customer Service and Parking needs ATTENTION

Everything was fairly standard...older style hotel in the heart of Jackson Hole...One night however, NO PARKING was available, so I pulled up in front of the hotel, and went into ask, she proceeded to tell me that they have over 130 rooms and they were full, and I couldn't park in front of the hotel because more guests were coming...so I was to park 2 blocks away and carry my things from a dark parking lot by myself....Typically when they require you to provide a license plate number it is to indicate that you will have a parking space available to you that is within a short distance to your room...because of how the front desk handled it, I will make sure to make other arrangements next time...

Nice, clean rooms

Nice, clean hotel. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Parking spaces ran out if you get back too late. Nothing too fancy, not a lot of bells & whistles. Town was fun to walk around, lots of things to see & do. We did go to the top of Jackson Hole Ski Resort on the gondola, it was a wonderful experience. The complimentary breakfast was average, not a lot of room, but a nice option to offer.
