Pretentious, but not good enough
The room is moderate size, the furnishings are very nice: King size bed, desk, chest of drawers. Refrigerator, but too small. Park in front of the room. Would give them **** except that the breakfast served was not good enough. Not that much fresh fruit (except strawberries), canned grapefruit and orange slices with sugary water. Coffee not good, (no espresso), scrambled egg bulky, filled with margarine and something else, soggy bagels, good enough for a motel not an aspiring hotel. Nobody to provide fresh omelette or fresh grapefruit. No bananas. Also, shower in our room was nonadjustable (hot water all the time) Insists on a 14 day cancellation policy

Very nice, good value
The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to be help us with suggestions about where to eat, what was open, etc.... The hotel is only a short walk to the town center. It was a good value and I would happily return.

Like this place
stayed here in the summer and during ski season. I really like it. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The only 2 minor complaints is that you have to drive a little ways to where most restaurants and bars are and in the winter the electric heater is slightly not enough for total comfort. Heated bathroom floor is very nice touch though. I will be back.

Honeymoon!
Loved the rustic-ness of it.... log cabins, fireplaces, comfy beds. Heat in room was hard to adjust to be comfortable (very warm even at 62 degrees!) but we managed! Lovely place, would love to come again! We enjoyed the proximity to the town square, the bus line to Teton Village 2 blocks away, the visitor center right across the street. The staff was extremely helpful lining up activities and shuttling us around when the weather was inclement. The breakfast is excellent, with great staff.

Shopping tip:
Short walk from hotel
The town square is 4 blocks away with plenty of shopping, dining and museums. We went in December and the weather was wonderful. Light snow, some sunshiny days, and spectacular scenery.

When we found the deal for the Rustic Inn we were thinking it would be like a nice hotel set up, we were wrong. We got our own little cabin with amazing beds and a rain shower. Even with the rain and one of us being sick we had a great time. Their breakfast was awesome and very much homemade. The pond was beautiful. The location was only a block or two away from the main part of town. And the cabins were such a plus. Definitely coming back here another time!

Dining tip:
Short drive from hotel
Betty Rock resturant has ok food however if you order a 10 dollar burger that's all you get plus three baby carrots. So the amount of food you get is not worth the money spent.

Peaceful location in Jackson
The creek side cabin was very nice. One negative is having to walk from the parking lot to the cabin, which is okay if the weather is good. The staff were friendly and well trained.
