What a delightful surprise!

We were only in Jackson for 1 day after having picked up a new truck in Idaho Falls so we decided to go with something less expensive then our usual location. What a delightful surprise! We turned off of main street into a little pine tree filled village with the sweetest little log cabins. They were impeccably clean, fully updated, luxurious linens and towels, granite counter tops and a full array of high end toiletries with a fully equipped kitchenette. We were walking distance to great eating and shopping as well. Will definitely return and highly recommend it.

Perfect place to stay in Jackson

We stayed at the Cowboy Village Resort for two nights while visiting Jackson and the Tetons and couldn't have been more satisfied. The personal cabins are quaint and cozy and they've thought of everything that you might need. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for just walking into town. When we make it back to Jackson we will definitely stay here again!

GREAT, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A DOG

It may look funky but it's not a bad place to stay. Individual cabins with kitchenettes. Very close to the fairgrounds if you have an event there. A little sparse on blankets. Don't count on breakfast there.

A Different Jackson Hole Experience

The rooms are individual cabins which look nice, inside and out. They were also very soundproof and clean. The location is very convenient. In one direction you can walk to a newer part of town to eat and shop, in the other you can quickly walk to the heart of Jackson and see the town. We didn't use all of the properties facilities, but they were offered to us. This is a great place to stay if you want something a bit different from the typical hotel.

A great place to eat Mexican in Jackson is Merry Piglets on N. Cache Street in Jackson. Good food and atmosphere.

An amazing weekend with the Kids!

We enjoyed the Cowboy Villiage Resort very much, for the price the rooms were amazing, you had your own kitchen a new bath a great king size bed, two TV's and a pull out couch. It was with in walking distance to the downtown shops and the kids loved the indoor pool - we loved the indoor jacuzzi, they had BBQs you could use although we didn't get a chance too. The only downside I would say was that the front desk lady was ALWAYS on the phone and it always took like 5-10mins for her to get off the phone and help you, and nobody else working there seem to be allowed/able to help the customers because you were always told to wait for her to get off the phone - it was slightly annoying, but she was nice when you did talk to her - they just need more office help.

Don't plan on eating anywhere in the square after 5PM - all the resturants and shops close at 6PM, you might have to pay "in hotel" resturant prices a meal of great quality cost us $120 for a family of four (not quite what we had in mind) because they were the only place open. If you can go to the grocery store and buy your own stuff to grill at the cowboy villiage - we saw others do this and wish we had thought of it sooner.

Fantastic getaway

If you love active holidays this is the place to be. Teton National Park is close, two ski resorts in short driving distance. Cabines are tiny but well equipet and many restaurants and shops in walking distance
