Great University Visit

This hotel is in a great location to visit the university. We walked back and forth to the campus quite a few times. It is even closer to the many restaurants on University Ave. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful allowing us to park the car on the premises for the whole day even though we had checked out. We will definitely stay again for our next visit.

Great hotel but

It was a great experience but I have one complain to make. The room and blaket were dusty. I am allergic so super sensitive and i could not breath properly. this was the sign there was dust and you could se it on the floor too. I would suggest to vacuum more often and to wash the conforter.

Good hotel in U District

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern look of the hotel. The room was more than sufficient in size. It has a window AC/Heating unit, which can be a bit noisy. There is a microwave, fridge an a Keurig coffee maker. The staff is nice though they could be more knowledgeable about the area (U District). The free bike rental was a bonus though the weather was not so good that we could take full advantage. I would recommend the Watertown if you need to be in the U District.

great for UW parents

We have stayed in this hotel for the last four years over a dozen times. It is close and convenient to campus and the underground complementary parking is great. The breakfast/snack bar is adequate and convenient. The staff is extremely accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. What happened to the bathrobes in the rooms? I am not Impressed with several new renovations including the hard flooring throughout the rooms. It seems that it may streamline cleaning and likely lasts longer than carpeting but it felt like I was staying in a spare room not a hotel. Alas, the 'upgrades' by the new management have not been improvements for the guests but have likely cut costs for the owners.

Great experience on all levels

This hotel receives all high marks. Very welcoming, courteous, and professional staff. Wonderfully clean. Love the parking garage too. Perfect location. Were impressed so much, we cancelled reservations at another hotel and extended our stay at Watertown two more nights. Will definitely return.

Short trip to Seattle

This hotel was perfect for my brief stay in Seattle; I needed close proximity to the U of Wash medical center and this hotel had free shuttle service to the medical center and various other locations. The room was clean with modern touches, had a nice view, and had great amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine with free coffee, tea, water, and popcorn. I would definitely stay here again.

Fine for Basic Hotel

Room didn't have very good lighting, beds were hard, and the cafe didn't open one day because no one showed up; but otherwise it was fine.

Great stay for the price, customer service fantastic!

I really liked this hotel, the free internet and free parking made it completely worth it. The room was large and had a microwave, refrigerator, great coffee maker and other little amenities that most hotels do not have. The room was clean, the services and staff were excellent and the prices were great, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Great restaurant choices nearby as well!

Great Value in the University District

Nice, modern hotel within walking distance to the University and a robust shopping and dining district. Free Wi-Fi and parking are a great perk. Complimentary shuttle to downtown and most attractions was very appreciated. Clean, neat and comfortable. I would recommend and stay again.

Seattle Trip

The hotel location was awesome. Close to downtown and was easy to drive to and from. Having a underground parking garage was definitely a plus. There are many restaurants, shops within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room itself was very nice, clean with lots of space. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
