We very much enjoyed the hotel. The only negative is that the bathroom door opened right across...

Infrequent Bus. Traveler
Great place for those traveling to convention center.
Nice hotel with very good restaurant attached. This was walking distance (> .5 miles) to convention center, and all local sites (aquarium, space needle, etc.). The room was clean, odor free, and quiet. Good for the budget-conscious business travelers – would happily stay here again.

Disappointed this time but happy before
I was quite disappointed with the service provided this time, however have had great service before. As a Kimpton in touch member I was put in a nasty TINY room with a parking lot view and the room was heavily smelling like someone heavily smoked in there. Service in general was not great this time but I learned that they are entirely book ...maybe too much stress.

quite pleasant
Our stay was very pleasant, and the room, while not particularly spacious, was very comfortable with all necessary amenities. It's just a short walk to the convention center, and there are several cafes and lunch spots nearby.

Very nice place to stay...
Beautiful Hotel - Wonderful, Attentive staff...Parking is thirty dollars a day plus taxes, ends up to be over 35 a day...Since you must pay that amount, then perhaps make sure the vehicles are protected from bird droppings. The back end of my vehicle was covered with droppings when it was brought down from their parking area...Other than that- perfect!

Don't drive to the Pike St Market from the hotel, it is close-a nice little walk and all the parking lots near it charge an arm and a leg!!

Great value @ downtown Seattle location
The hotel lobby was very small as was the room. There were only two visible sockets in the room, and one was not conveniently located. I needed to plug in three items. Didnt care for the doormen at the front door. Prefer not to have any doorman. On the plus side, the location was good, right next to Seattle Public Library. It was a short walk from the convention center, which was convenient for me.

First Class Comfort at Vintage Park
Staff were very helpful with business needs. The intimate restaurant has a wonderful Italian-inspired menu focusing on fresh seasonal entrees. The evening wine-tasting with a WA-state vineyard was another great touch. This hotel totally represents what a "boutique" experience should be.
