Gross bathroom
The bathrooms are just gross and small! It was a perfect location but the rooms are not as nice as they look in the pictures....staff was nice!

Great trip to the city
We were able to check in 3 hours early, very friendly staff, great accommodations, clean, great breakfast and the best coffe free all day! Location was very close to all attractions. Great value!

Excellent value for money
The location was great, just 3 blocks from Seattle Center. The room was a nice size and had comfortable furnishings. The bathroom was clean and decently appointed. The free breakfast had a variety of good foods.

Great Seattle location but a tired hotel in need of update
This hotel was selected because of its location--walking distance from Seattle highlights. Hotel is definitely in need of an update. Very tired. As part of the Wyndham group--we expected better. Hot water in the shower never really got hot. Bed had feather pillows and comforter. As a guest with allergies to feathers I requested synthetic/hypoallergenic bedding and was made to feel like my request was unusual and a bother. After quite some time (my request required a search I was told) two lumpy synthetic pillows finally appeared.

Good Value But Poor Sleeping...
The front desk staff were friendly and efficient...excellent location for my needs...easily took the monorail to downtown shopping area and back - it runs until 11:00PM......the room was clean and had a desk which is always welcomed...I was in Rm 210....major problem was loud noise from - I assume water pipes - coursing through walls....had difficulty sleeping...noise never let up entire time I was in the room...left feeling annoyed and tired...will not return here....there are other comparably priced hotels in this area.....

Short walk to mono-rail from this hotel...no need to take car or public bus to West Lake downtown shopping district & Public Market...monorail run until 11:00PM...

Not quite disabled friendly
Room was fair. However, we asked for a disabled accessible room. The bed was within 12 inches of the door to the bathroom and made it hard for my mother to navigate to the restroom. They also had a major water leak in the breakfast room. The location was great for going to the Seattle Center.

Good enough for the price
I didn't spend much time in the hotel because of work, but it wasn't bad for the cost. The breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a little small and you had to jiggle the toilet handle to keep the toilet from running, but that isn't a huge deal in my opinion. It was a short walk to the Space Needle and Monorail, which was also nice.
