Fantastic

This hotel was a refreshing change from the drab. Very colorful and modern. The "lobby" felt like my living room and I enjoyed many hours sitting by the fire. The afternoon coffee and cupcakes are great also. Very quiet, great location just a short walk to the Space Needle or a 20 minute walk to Pike's Market. I'll be back and will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Beautiful clean hotel

This was an awesome hotel that is within walking distance to the space needle. It's also within walking distance to some great boutique restaurants which was a plus. The hotel staff was very friendly and they offer a free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius. This was a great savings as parking is expensive in the city. By the way, the hotel parking is free, secured, and covered. The bed was comfortable and the decor was modern. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at due to the little free things they offered such as umbrellas, bikes, wifi, parking, and coffee.

Toulouse Petit restaurant had a great breakfast. Some of the food items were featured on the Food Network. The French toast and the pork cheeks were delicious.

Great Holiday Shopping Trip

When we arrived cold from standing outside waiting for a travel connection, there was fresh brewed coffed in the lobby. It was one of the best roasts I had ever tasted. When I requested a special accomodation, staff went out of their way to satisfy my need. Each time we went to the desk for assistance, we were more than satisfied. We had a fantastic 4 night stay! Our next Seattle visit will definitely include staying at the Hotel Maxwell.

walking distance to space needle & metro-line

room was clean... hardwood floors... easy for staff to clean, but can hear the ppl. upstairs some. the bed was pillow top :) staff was very nice... they were doing some construction on the parking garage while we were there... and my oversized truck could not fit in the garage.. they let me park my truck in a handicap parking spot and also allow me to keep my truck there the next day so we could do some site seeing (even thou check out was at 11.... i got to park there till 5) only 5 or 6 blocks to the space needle and metro-line.... we walked back from dinner at the space needle after midnight and felt safe... the sidewalks were well lit.
