Downtown hotel in the center of the arts district
Strong connections to the local arts community make the Maxwell hotel the prime location for art lovers and patrons. Situated at the bottom of Queen Anne Hill, the hotel is adjacent to the Space Needle and the Seattle Center. The convenient location means that it is easy to get to Seattle's most beloved attractions such as Pike Place Market, Pacific Northwest Ballet, the Seattle Art Museum, and the Seattle Opera. Great Hotel
If you need to be near the space needle or Pikes Place this is the best. Free secure parking for your car, short walk to the space needle and Tram that takes you downtown to all other public transportation if you need it. We never used our rental car, great Rock Cafe and bar in the hotel no need to go anywhere else.

Great romantic getaway
Staff was courteous and helpful, our room was clean and modern, loved the free parking, and hotel was centrally located to many sites. We would definitely stay again

Good locale Good value
Neat decor, good location, extremely helpful and informative staff. Due to construction it was a bit tricky to get to the hotel, but once we did we parked our car and walked or used public transit the rest of our two day visit. Only down side was the noise from the hall &/or adjoining rooms - could have better soundproofing.

Fantastic
This hotel was a refreshing change from the drab. Very colorful and modern. The "lobby" felt like my living room and I enjoyed many hours sitting by the fire. The afternoon coffee and cupcakes are great also. Very quiet, great location just a short walk to the Space Needle or a 20 minute walk to Pike's Market. I'll be back and will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Spring break in Seattle.
The ideal location in city center, one block away from Space Needle, Museums, theaters, ballet, IMAX, etc . Very nice and comfortable bed, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Free parking is a plus, Free WiFi, good Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea pods, half-half in the mini fridge, microwave with popcorn. Good TV with DVD player. Close walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and public transportation.

Seattle vacation
Fabuolous location...right amidst all the action...Chihuly, Science Museum, EMP, Space Needle, Ballet, Theater district, etc. Great restaurants nearby too. The wi-fi was a little iffy, but otherwise, with free parking, you can't beat it!

Great place to stay, nice accommodations with extras, like umbrellas, bike usage!
We had a great stay. Very accommodating, enjoyed I door pool, fitness room, and Keurig and small fridge, and microwave in the room. Also, free parking(1st come, 1st serve), which is one of the reasons we stayed here. Centrally located, in fact, we walked to Pike Place (altho, they do have a shuttle). Would stay there again, and recommend to friends and family!

great place to for a week vacation
the hotel is very good for the value,the staff was excellent,the rooms very clean,the location excellent,the breakfast bar should be moved across the big tv at the lobby and serve drinks at nigth, not everybody likes to go to tha bar.
