Not knowing Seattle, I did a lot of research on hotels and what we wanted to see in our two days. Selected the hotel because of its location and the fact that it provides a free shuttle van to three main tourist sites, which is excellent. The staff was great, the breakfast better than many hotel restaurants and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if ever in Seattle.

Simply Mah-velous!
GREAT hotel! I wish they would move the chain to Georgia! The room was spotless, and roomy with everything a person could ask for. The staff was very helpful, professional and efficient. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast? Oh, man! The breakfast had everything you could ask for....scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, muffins, cereal....you name it, it was there! The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful with suggestions. I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. It was much nicer than expected and our room had a great view of Lake Union. They even had an indoor pool, if you have kids or want to swim. We will stay at the Silver Cloud Hotel at Lake Union whenever we visit Seattle, and we WILL visit Seattle again!

From the airport you can take the Light Rail then the trolley for cheap transportation to the hotel. It takes a bit longer than a taxi and a transfer, but it will cost about $10-$15 instead of $40.00 for a taxi.

Great value in South Lake Union area
Family visit over long weekend. Hotel shuttle and free parking are great perks. Shutlle service helped us avoid road construction hassles. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Comp breakfast buffet was a plus. Some rooms a bit noisy from highway and buildings in the area.....

Pioneer Court area was very nice and a bit less congested than downtown/pikes market. Take the hotel shuttle.

Nice place to stay
The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean. There is a wonderful sushi place right across the street and another Crepe place near by. It's a little far away from more good food though :p

Home away from home
We parked the car in garage and used the shuttle service around the town which was very nice not having to worry about driving after visiting to bars. Fitness room was very convenient . Breakfast was good with choices. Jacuzzi in room was great. You don't have to go far away to have a nice get-away if you could relax for a few nights at a place like this. I wished for a little lighting by the tub so that I could read without having the bedside lamp turned on while my partner was asleep.

Traveling young girl
Amazing weekend with friends
The hotel was great! Staff were incredible it made me feel at home nice and clean. Once I got there from my long day of walking I was able to just relax then go to sleep knowing I was safe.

Good Place to Stay in downtown Seattle
We are very pleased to have stayed here and will definately stay again when visiting downtown Seattle. Rooms were comfortable, clean,well furnished and had quality soaps and lotions. The complimentary parking and shuttle service to 3 top tourist sites suited our group of 6 adults and 4 children perfectly. Continental Breakfast was actually diverse and pretty good quality. I wish the indoor pool was warmer and cleaner tho. Hot tub too.
