Great downtown stay
The staff was incredibly friendly and personable. When we asked for recommendations, they were helpful and specific. When we were asking for directions and fumbling over a map, they helped us out and were able to find us the quickest route. The location is perfect, mere blocks away from Pike Place Market, as well as the Space Needle, Children's Museum and EMP museum. The room was comfortable and spacious. The atmosphere of the hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. Max's Cafe in the hotel was very enjoyable and I loved the Chai French Toast that I had for breakfast. This has officially become my Seattle hotel.

Short walk to a ton of bistros, Pike Place Market, or Space Needle. Also, very easy to keep track of as the Metro/Tram line runs along 5th ave, so just keep an eye on that as your landmark.

Wasn't quite what we expected...
A lot of the amenities/perks advertised for this hotel were unavailable when we arrived due to renovations. Not only were we not made aware of this in time to change hotels, we were not offered any apology or compensation for any of the services we expected to be included in our rate. Also due to the renovation, only one elevator was available for all guests and housekeepers, meaning that we often had to wait up to 15 minutes just to use it.

Convenient to downtown, Pike Market and Space needle
Clean modern room. Very helpful staff. Excellent free wireless internet. I especially liked the free cupcakes and coffee in the afternoon and evening in the lobby!

Blue Acre Seafood restaurant has excellent local seafood. Also see the Chihuly Museum at the base of the space needle- a short walk away.

Great Place to Stay
Rooms, staff great. Constructing lobby restrooms, but didn't start work until after 9:00 AM and no noisy work until later. The only thing missing was vending of snacks, If you don't need those stay at this hotel.

Great stay
The accommodations were amazing. Staff was extremely helpful! The bikes we got to rent for free was an excellent touch. I would recommend this place to my friends!

good hotel
didnt really care much for seattle, to be honest, didnt think the hotel was in a very good neighborhood, i guess it depends on the time you are out, close to coffee shops and restaurants and the tower. inside the hotel, its nice, clean, modern

First Vegas traveller
Great place Downtown
The hotel is located at a great location where all the key points of Seattle downtown is walkable. I enjoyed walking next door to a great coffee and donut shop. Then walking to Pikes Place was really nice and easy to get around. The hotel is artistically modern, but kinda reminded me of my college dorm. The staff was really friendly and the room was always cleaned. The problem I had was the hidden fee for using their parking garage per day. And the parking garage is pretty tight. I would go back since the location was very convienent to get around.
