one day emergency visit to Seattle

Polite personnel, perfect location in downtown close to subway and market, etc. My room facing the court, a parking garage, was very quiet. Various tours are offered. Because of shortage of time I took a 90 min bus tour guided by Charles Mickelson. Excellent guide and actor-comedian! He made my day on stormy cold day there. Thank you to everybody in the hotel. It was my first visit to Seattle.

The best way to get from and to the Tacoma airport is using train (cost $2.75 versus $40 with taxi or shuttle).

Amazing location and AWESOME concierge (Stan). Rooms are old and need some sprucing up and deep cleaning. Hotel staff not super friendly.

Weekend get away

My boyfriend and I flew to Seattle for a weekend and I booked this hotel because to the great price I got. Given the average cost of the hotels downtown I was nervous to see what we got. Although the rooms are small it was perfect for us because we spent most of the time out seeing the city. We walked to everything from the hotel which made it nice not having to deal with cabs. On our first night we asked for a suggestion regarding a good bar and both places were great. The best part was after all the bars had closed one night we called down to the front desk and asked if there was anyway to get a bottle of wine. Within 5 mins it was in our room. All the staff we dealt with were really nice. We already decided that we will be staying here the next time we come to town.

Good for the price

Wouldn't want to stay for more than a few nights due to the small size of the room and bathroom being so cramped but we stayed for a night and had a wonderful night on the town. I'd stay again if the price was right.

Location, location, location...

We like getting to a city like Seattle, parking the car and covering as much as we can on foot, bus, water taxi and monorail. The Executive Hotel Pacific is located across the street from the fantastic public library building. It's an easy walk to some of Seattle's greatest attractions. Very friendly staff was especially nice to my kids.

Take a short walk to the Westlake Center Mall and catch the monorail to the Space Needle. You can buy a 2-ride pass to the top that will allow you see the view at different times.

Sweet little place in the perfect spot

The location is truly amazing. Sure, the rooms are humid and a little small, but you can see they're working with the older building style the best they can. The staff was wonderful, the beds were comfy and the wifi was slow, but serviceable. No room service, but you almost don't need it in an area situated a couple blocks from an IGA grocery and a bunch of food and drink spots in a wide range of tastes and prices. If you're looking for a good spot to stay while you walk the downtown, Pioneer Square and pier, the Executive is one of the best values for comfort, cuteness and price.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Not that far to the north up Fourth is a grocery that is a great spot to grab a snack. There aren't fridges in the rooms at the hotel, but we grabbed some juice and cookies for a snack, the prices were good and our snackiness was satiated for way lower a price than popping into a cafe.

Nice. Great Location. Great Price!

Came here to work one day, they stay the entire weekend. Room was very clean. Seemed to be an older hotel, but newly renovated. I got a great room deal, by purchasing a flight+hotel package Pros: Right downtown, walking distance from the market, shopping, etc..., great price, free wine hour, new furniture etc in room, comfy bed/sheets/pillows Cons (not too bad, really): very small closet. bathroom a little small

Great location!

Just a few blocks from everywhere you want to be. Friendly and helpful staff (especially the bellman). It is a historic hotel, so expect a smaller room, but everything was clean and in working order. No issues with elevator or noise. Great views of Seattle Public Library next door--a must visit. Great value.

Dining tip: Long walk from hotel

A little less than a mile up 5th Avenue and you'll come to Top Pot Hand-Forged Donoughts--don't leave without having one! And the Purple Cafe and Wine Bar on 4th a few blocks from hotel has excellent food and great atmosphere.
