Overall the Days Inn was adequate for our stay. We did not need the bells and whistles that some hotels have and the charge a high rate. We were very satisfied with shuttle to the airport. We would stay at this Days Inn again.

We stayed here and drove into Seattle for a Mariner's game. We know going in that at this price, we weren't going to get a top notch place. Generally this was typical of Days Inn accommodations. The room was tidy and we were able to get in much earlier than the check in time. However, the room needs some TLC. The furniture is worn, the bed is bouncy, the bathroom needs updating. But that said, it was a comfortable stay. Surprisingly quiet for a place steps from I5. Did not hear any other people in the surrounding rooms. If you're not picky about where you stay and want a basic place, this is the one.

Cons: - Room smells like urine and tobacco no matter how much I tried to ventilate it (windows opened, door opened) - Furniture were sticky and dirty - Noisy- you can hear what people are doing next door and the cars on the highway - Extremely poor customer service- spoke with the owner of Days Inn about changing rooms due to the room smelling like tobacco and URINE! It was horrible, but he would not care and constantly denied the horrid smell (told me that I was not smelling urine despite the fact that you can TELL what urea smells like). Very disrespectful and rude while I was asking for a room change as it gave me a headache. Told me that he would not change rooms and that my satisfaction (customer satisfaction) did not matter. Pros: - Decent Location (located next to the highway BUT you can hear the cars driving if you leave the window cracked a little bit) Overall: - I would not recommend this place for $70/night (there are other places that would be better for that price), but I guess you get what you paid for..

This hotel was clean and inexpensive, with nice landscaping and a nice small pool and friendly staff. My family used two different rooms, and experienced: 1. worn sheets with a ripped hem, 2. a broken blow dryer, 3. and empty tissue holder that fell off the wall, 4. a full tissue holder that fell off the wall, 5. a lamp that didn't work, even with a new light. I heard another customer complain about their phone not working. These were not serious problems. the continental breakfast included was bare bones but adequate. All in all, a budget experience. The hotel was close to the airport.

Had requested and was confirmed Non-Smoking room. That didn't occur, smell of cigarette was very strong: like the days just before. Room door had appearently had an issue with former quest, but instead of repairing the door jam they placed a mettal patch with holes cut into it for the latch. Now this did work as far as the door could not be opened, but left a hole that could be seen through if one tried. And just added to the noise level of the nearby freeway. Neither bedside light worked, intead you had to unsrew the bulb and screw in the bulb to turn it on. Bathroom toilet had a seal on it, but there was clearly hair on the seat itself. My wife pulled out her purse size Lysol and sprayed the seat down before use.

There were two real negatives about this hotel. The bed was truly awful...I like a firm mattress however this one was like sleeping on a board- totally flat and no give whatsoever. The other unpleasant thing was the front desk clerk who was working when I checked out early in the morning- he was arrogant and unpleasant. Also be aware that the airport shuttle only goes to the airport on the hour.

Not in a great area, breakfast was good but not enough to feed a no vacancy in a timely fashion. Same person running front desk and breakfast area. The spa was covered in thick slime, people had written comments in it with their nails. The girls of the evening were surprising, they had several rooms just down from ours. There are several security cameras with a monitoring system at the front desk, you cannot tell me they don't know what is going on. Inappropriate since most people staying there were in town for either a soccer tournament or track meet. Nice family environment...not.

Plumbing could use a bit of maintenance.

First time to seattle so the price of the hotel afforded more opportunites to spend money elsewhere on the trip. Hotel was about 15 minutes south of seattle and for the price I thought it would be a lot farther out.
