Needed a place to lay my head...
A good place. Located centrally in Seattle's hotel district it's a quick and very easy walk to a variety of fun places. Pikes of course, the water front etc. I wasted a few hours in the Regatta bar as well. Comfy chairs and good drinks.

Good Value, Good Downtown location
This isn't a luxury hotel but it is clean, relatively affordable, comfortable and in a good location if you want to stay downtown. It is about a 10 minute walk to Pike's Place and accessible from the airport via lightrail. Very friendly staff, too.

Not that I know of
Crowne Plaza off season stay
Over all We enjoyed the stay, the lobby area around the elevators is to tight and creates a bottle neck and the parking is a challenge. The building is dated and the windows are single pane, we could hear the freeway all night long.

CrownePlaza Seattle Downtown (2-night stay)
Good service; excellent room (Large), clean. Friendly, efficient staff (including valet). Breakfast choices limited; menu looks extensive but everything contains large amounts of sugar and/or fat! Chandeliers in restaurant are covered dust (years of).

Great place to stay at & explore Seattle
We were in Seattle to watch the Mariners play. The light rail stop was just a couple blocks from the hotel and that gave us easy and affordable access to the ballpark.

Great view, ok service
My family and I spent 4 nights at this hotel and Our room was up on the 30th floor facing the Space Needle. We had a great view but the room seemed a little dated, handels off of the drawers were falling off the heater/ ac was in this wooden box and the front of the box fell off while we were their. I would call down to the valet to have my car ready and we would get down stairs and they hadn't even gone to get our car yet. we gave planty of advance notice and paying an extra 35 dollars a night for parking I expect them to get my car when I ask.

Wonderful... Except they "Nickle-and-Dime" You
Gorgeous views of the city, perfect location in the middle of downtown but right off the interstate, walking distance to awesome sites like Pike Place Market, King County Courthouse, and various muesuems and great dining spots. Amazing staff, wonderful in-house restaurant. Couldn't complain about the price ($135 a night)... until I found out that internet is NOT included ($9.99 a night), I had to pay for parking ($32.00 a day), local calls are not free, and the restaurant is a little pricey ($5.25 for a bottle of beer). At first you think you're getting a deal with the Crowne, and then you quickly figure out how they are making their money. I will probably pick another hotel next time to see if I can get a better deal (free internet and local calls, cheaper parking and maybe a taxi service to nearby locations). However, for the indiscriminate spender, the Crowne is a lovely place to stay with a very thoughtful and friendly staff.

New Years Disapointment
Checked in, went out and enjoyed Seattle. Called the hotel in the evening to have a bottle of Champagne awaiting us in our room. They said no problem, when we returned, it was not there. I called down to ask what happened, and they acted like they didn't know anything. Went to lounge to get the bottle and they were rude to me because i had an irritated look on my face. Poor service, especially when they screwed up. Expensive parking and they don't five you an option on valet. Stay somewhere else.
