Awesome!
Courtyard Marriott @ Lakewood was very, very nice! Very nice staff and accomodations. The only reason I didn't give Amenities 5 marks is because the view from my room was marred by the sight of the roof of the entrance bay extension (can't think of what that's called).

Construction everywhere! We were told it was near night life, none at all! Staff was very rude, only plus was the room was nice!

comfortable and relaxing
The pool area was a little scarey. Could use more rubber mats to ensure safety. Very slippery almost fell three times. Other than that it was an excellent experience.

Good for what we needed
We were in Seattle to visit Seattle Pacific University. The location of this hotel was perfect for that and for getting around the pier and downtown. Unfortunately, parking is at a premium in that area of town and the hotel charges accordingly. $20 a night is just outrageous. Seattle seems to be an expensive place to be as we found the prices of food to be exorbitant as well. The hotel was good for what we needed, and we will use it again if my daughter chooses SPU.

Young Auburn Couple
Good, but not great
Good but not great. Went to check in a little early, was looked down upon because we booked through 0rbitz, Almost didn't get the room we wanted "because we were 0rbitz". Additionally, were woken up at 9:15am on a Sunday by housekeeping wanting to start cleaning. Called the front desk and ended up being comped breakfast, which was very nice.

Weekend getaway
Staff very distracted and not informative on charges they will put on your card. They seemed put out when you asked them questions common to staying in a unknown town. No glasses in room to use with water..odd.

Disappointed that the city view we had was a building across the street from our hotel.Was quite of a walk to attractions,plus sidewalks closed due to construction and not a good neighborhood.resteruant early hours only,closed most of the time we were there on a weekend. Not a good choice for the cost.

Seattle visit
The hotel was nice, the construction work was noisy. The only problem we had was our daughter left her I-pod and some jewelry in the room when we checked out and the hotel did not recover it, so the maid service had to have taken it and not reported it. I'm sure the hotel could have traced who cleaned the room, but evidently did not take the time to do so.
