Nice hotel to stay.
It is a very well taken care off hotel. Little far to downtown (10 min walk). If going for businees around the area would reccomend it.

Walking distance to Centurylink Field
Upon arriving, valet promptly greeted us and asked if we needed help with our bags or a luggage cart. Front desk staff was just as friendly and asked if we needed to know any specifics about the amenities or anything in the area. Room was spacious, clean and had mini frig and microwave. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Hotel located a few blocks from Pike Street and the famous Pike's Place Market and also a shopping district. Lots of restaurants, bars and coffee establishments located within a short walking distance. Safeco and Centurylink Fields both within walking distance. Would stay at again!

Okay but not worth the money
It was a okay hotel in downtown but the valet was expensive as is all parking in downtown Seattle. The rooms were small at To me way overpriced. The best part was location which was in downtown and close to everything

Our group of four girlfriends had a great time staying at this hotel. Very conveniently located, close to the Link Rail and Metro Systems for easy access all over town. Friendly and helpful staff.

Business and Ball Game
Hotel was nice and close enough to Safeco that we could walk although it was a good 15 minutes or so hike. Biggest disappointment was that the restaurant didn't open for breakfast until 6:30 am, that is too late. Valet parking was nice but it took at least 15+ minutes in the morning to get car so allow time for this....

Great hotel at fantastic price!
The hotel isn't in the most ideal location at first glance, but than you realize how close it is to public trans (one block) with easy access to Pike's Place Market and other tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfy. I was dismayed at the price of valet (over $20 a night) but they offer you in and out privileges. Overall a good inexpensive option for Seattle.

Excellent location
The Courtyard is an easy walk from the train station, and is close to the ball parks and downtown. Bedding, television, and amenities are very nice, particularly for the price.
