Was exactly what we needed, easy to get to, close to our doctor appointment in the morning, nice little continental breakfast, and clean room. Enjoyed the fact they were "living green," it's so nice to see hotels trying to make a difference. Thanks!

Good place, good location. Amenities could have been better - the shower made a loud whistling sound, one of the front desk staff was just doing a job - not very helpful. But other guys were good - overall a decent experience

Pretty good location, room was decent, hot tub was nice, breakfast was good for free. Evening staff wasnt the greatest but morning staff was much better. Good hotel for the price!

I was able to walk to many Downtown amenities. The hotel is what you would expect from an urban Best Western... not the Four Seasons, which is why you get what you pay for. Breakfast was appreciated, and staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall cleanliness of the hotel is acceptable. Location is near to Space Needle but needs a bit of walking to terminal, eating places and other attractions like pike place market and waterfront. If you do not mind walking, it is still manageable to take the light rail from airport to downtown Westlake Station for only $2.75 per person and then walk 15 to 20 minutes to the hotel without taking the taxi. The hotel was full the day we arrived, and we were not lucky enough to have an early check-in even at the hour of 1:30 pm. The best part of our stay was the free breakfast offered. You will get more than enough to eat and the staff will refill the food frequently. Except the breakfast room may at times be crowded with too much people.

The rooms are very small! Needs a remodel to be worth the $$$ they charge. Breakfast is not great, head to the Hurricane or 5 Point for real food. They also charged us $10+ taxes for parking per day! Will not be back!

For our trip to see the King Tut exhibit at the Pacific Science Center, we couldn't have found a nicer, more convenient hotel. We weren't expecting a "5-star" hotel, but what we got was a 5-star staff and a very hospitable facility. What a surprise to find a breakfast that would rival top restaurants; it wasn't just the "sweet rolls & coffee in the lobby" set-up, it was a full, well thought-out variety of healthy and tasty menu items that would suit anyone's taste. Proximity to everything we did in the 2 days we were in Seattle was just right; easy walking distances and, if we wanted to venture further, the bus was always handy and, for the most part, free. We'll stay there again, of that I'm sure. Very positive hotel experience complete with awesome staff.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but some of the room furnishing were quite worn down and the fitness center was nearly non-existent (1 bike, one elliptical, one stairmaster, and one barbell). The block or two around the hotel felt a little sketchy though the rest of the neighborhood was nice. Honestly, I suspect that there are better alternatives in the vicinity that are also reasonably priced. Also air conditioner was loud and not particularly effective.

We only stayed for one night while in Seattle. 5 blocks away from the space needle so we got the ticket to see it both in the day and the night and it was more amazing at night! We got to town at 10am and they were able to hold our bags for us in a locked room so I felt our things were secured. We were even able to check in early. Also, it's an easy spot to get to from te airport and only required a transfer from the train to a bus with less then a block walk between the two and saved us a bunch money on a cab.
