Great Timeshare Condo
This place is by and large wonderful. The rate during my non-peak stay was unbelievable. Note however that this is part of a timeshare property and you will be compelled to sit through a sales presentation but even that isn't all bad given that in exchange for 1-2 hours of your time you will be provided a generous gift - I received a $75 Visa gift card. The property has a guard gate manned 24 hours, the unit includes a W/D and a full kitchen so you can avoid restaurant costs. I did have a problem with my TV - some channels did NOT have audio some of the time and some channels had Spanish audio some of the time and English at others times. The odd thing was there seemed no rhyme or reason to the audio troubles. Also being a timeshare/condo they take your credit card info for a $100 security deposit. I only checked out this morning but don't know yet if there will be a problem with that. All in all though it was a great place to stay for a couple of days while in Williamsburg.

Great place for families!
The resort is not far from the outlet malls, theme parks, and everything else Williamsburg has to offer. It was about 15 - 20 minutes from everything. It's a very large resort and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very crowded, the furnishings were a bit dated, and the internet wasn't working during our stay but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Amazing Williamsburg gem!
We have been to Williamsburg many times over the past 10 years or so and haven't found another place to stay quite as great as this. The location was great, the unit was spacious, and the amenities were great as well. We will definitely not look any further for our Williamsburg lodging in the future!

Nice Weekend
I enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of room and it is very clean. Good and quiet location as well. In fact, that is what I noticed most, is that you don't hear all the door slamming you hear in a regular hotel...so much so in fact, my husband and I slept in really late. :) I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful night away!
This property was quiet and peaceful and with all the comforts of home. Close to shopping and restaurants but set away from all hustle and bustle, we were even able to sit on the porch and see a small deer not 20 foot away, loved the beautiful natural setting of this great resort.

average stay
units are old. check-in experience is not great because of a concierge service which tries to book sales pitch (time share) right after check-in. they ignore the fact that you came over after long travel. Kids enjoyed pools and mini golf.

Great place
Room was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived late at night we were given keys but they did not work. We had to call and wait for someone to bring us new keys to get in. They said they were in middle of changing key system but frustrating. Gentleman who brought keys was very nice and helpful. Screen door to deck was unlocked upon arrival.

Great place to stay
We stayed at this hotel because we had a good deal. I read a lot of reviews and you should call ahead and request a renovated room that's upstairs. All reviews said you can hear people walking overhead. Also, all hot tubs are gone, but there is an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. The room we stayed in was like an apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roomy living room and a balcony. The kitchen was WELL stocked, a blender, coffee maker, pots pans, and mixing bowls. There's a dishwasher also and they provide dish washing liquid. There is a washer and dryer and washing detergent is also provided. We had a problem with the main room as there were no black out curtains and we were close to the road, so we saw all the lights from the road. We called the front desk the next day and the maintenance crew came over and hung some blankets to make it dark. Definitely check before going to bed the first night. The front desk staff was very friendly and there were fresh cookies in the lobby upon arrival. The grounds are beautiful and we wish we had more time to explore. We got a great deal and this way exceeded our expectations.
