Another Great Williamsburg Getaway

Once again we really enjoyed staying at this location. Having a 2 bedroom condo with a full kitchen fits with our needs. The staff was courteous and professional. The amenities are outstanding with lots of activities for the family. Will definately stay here again.

Graduation Weekend

We have stayed at this resort before and chose it for the value for money & the available space. Our focus for the weekend was our daughter's college graduation, which allowed us very little down time. When we booked there were no "time share" deals involved. After checking in and being referred to the concierge we declined to attend the presentation that were told that we had been scheduled for. Were were also called on the morning of our departure and invited to stop by reception for a special deal for a return visit. We were on a time schedule and chose not to do this. We like the resort, and it's facilities and everything provided in the accommodation. There are lots of good things about this resort. We don't however, like being told that we are scheduled for a time share presentation.

Awesome Family Resort

I booked this resort for a sleepover for my son's 13 Birthday Party. The boys enjoyed the basketball court that is open 24 hours and the pool. The two bedroom suite was very spacious and had evrything you need. The grills was across the street which was great for the cookout that we had for his birthday. Overall I would say trhat I will be back very soon.

Great place to stay!

This was a great vacation and a great place to stay. My only critisism is that we asked for a handicaped room but the one we got had no hand rails in the bath or shower and I found it very difficult to use. Other than that we had a wonderful visit.

Ok family get away

We arrived late and needed a place to get dinner. There is no good restaurant close by, only some shopping mall diners. Staff was medium nice and more interested in selling us one of the apartments than helping us with our needs. The place is a gigantic Golf retirement community and not what we had expected from the hotel search, i.e. some country charm old house turned into a hotel.

Great family getaway

It was a very great location to the parks,to the stores it was perfect for me and my family vacation on site activities was vey nice the only thing was access to the web over all it's was great .

Amazing

I just left Greensprings a few days ago for Washington and NO other hotel compares to the quiet surroundings and comfortable settings. This is an amazing place for Families who want to spend time together and save money on Restaurants (Fully stocked kitchen with appliances). I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the hectic city life and truly relax.

A lesson about resorts

This resort was clean, but dated. I was expecting full service, so was disappointed in the overall experience. For example, we were not given fresh linens the entire stay (3 days), no one serviced the room, or even offered to take out the trash! However, if you are looking for a "do-it-yourself" vacation, this is the place for you.
