Great location and value for the money
Great location, family friendly, good value for money. Our first room's airconditioner didn't work, so we had to repack and move rooms. After the move, our room was great. Nice to have kids on couch bed and us in our own room. Because of storms, we needed to have use of the swimming pool, but it was shocked at least 5 times during our 3 day stay, and we weren't told ahead of time that we could use the other affiliated hotels' amenities. That would have been some helpful information to have ahead of time. Front desk not so friendly, but maintenance guy and laundry ladies were terrific! Would definitely stay again and hope for better weather and pool experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Atrium
Great staff, wonderful room, nice pool. Nice to have free laundry available. Would have been nice to have more coffee provided and perhaps some fresh fruit, but over all would feel very comfortable referring friends and family for a stay. Look forward to revisiting. GREAT

all was well but?
everything was great. i was very impressed, the rooms where very clean and everything was in its place. i had a great nights sleep on that king size plush bed. the only thing that bothered me was the heat in the bedroom it just didn't work. i called the front desk and informed them 3 or 4 times and they still couldn't get it to work. other than that all was well and very relaxing. i would recommend this place to friends and family.

Really nice place
The place was ultra nice to stay in. It was a little loud at times because of their indoor pool but it was a family hotel so I would recommend it for families that want to give their children something to do and have fun with others when you don't wish to get to the beach that is only a block away.

THE BEST HOTEL STAY IN A LONG TIME!!!!
This hotel is awesome. The staff was sooo nice and you could not ask for better, cleaner rooms. I was very impressed. It is a little price I must say...but it was worth it to me. I know of the reviews up here said it was only one block from the beach, but it is two. Which I didn't mind at all since we were in the middle of everything! The location is the absolute best...I plan on making this my hotel of choice from now on...

Nice Beach Hotel
Although not immediately on the beach, this hotel provided a nice level of amenities, including a hot tub and jaccuzzi. Additionally, because it wasn't directly off the beach, it seemed less busy and more personal. Finally, it was a very short walk from the boardwalk, harris teeter, and anything else in VA Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Getaway
The resort was very nice; the room had everything that we needed. The lobby needs a makeover but do not be discouraged the rooms are clean and nice and the staff was friendly. I would recommend and would stay again in the future. DO NOT be turned off by other online reviews. The bed was clean and cozy and so were the towels. Resort was walking distance to the beach, local shops and restaurants. We loved our stay for the price!!!

Great room
It was ok, but I thought there were 2 double beds and all rooms only have one king bed and a pull out sofa. The pool was small. There is only one elevator for guests and service people. You have to exchange your own linen. They don't clean your room every day. No early check in allowed.

Good old family fun
The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The provided tickets for all of the local attractions which was very helpful. The location was great as well
