Location was awesome
Location was awesome. However hotel not. Worst beds I have every tried to sleep on. I actually had to sleep on floor two nights .... Floor carpet old and moldy. Second AM I woke to take shower and shower clog with bad smell ... Was given another room. However it was right over where the music was playing ALL night, and curtain did not close entire way so lights bright ALL night. I wil never stay at this hotel again.

Family trip
Okay after checking in we were told the parking was free in their parking lot, well come to find out the lot was full went back to the desk and was told we had to go next door to the hotel next to us and could park in their parking garage but we would have to pay to park there. The rooms were not very clean, the bathroom has the fuse box above the shower mmmm I would think this is dangerous wouldn't you. And the sprinkler was held up woth tape. Then people arguing until 4 am in the morning in the hallway and slamming doors. So honestly the only nice thing was the walk to the beach was like 1 min from the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

BED BUGS
It was horrible they had bedbugs. I am atw up all over my body. Face, arms, legs, butt, ear etc you name it. I called the VA Dept of Health on them. Tried to contact a manager but was unable to get a hold of them. I even checked out early!!!!

nightmare
soon as i arrived girl at desk gives me another guest credit card information and i told her and she said it was ok.. the room didnt have any heat or hot water then they moved my room the entire building didnt have hot water the maintence told us that.. the hotel has mold and very smelly its nothing like the site says also has on site breakfast and computer thers none of that at this hotel or wifi..false advertisement. ruin my experience of ever wanting to go back to virginia

Nothing like the picture
This was my first trip to Virginia Beach and when I saw the pictures online I thought for the price it would be a good stay for the weekend. I was very surprised when I got there to see the only thing that was like the pictures was the outside. The front desk girl was not very friendly when I checked in. You get what you pay for staying here.

For the money nice hotel
Key card did not work but gave me a real key witch did, everything was great, they even let me check in early.

nice family getaway
Our experience was great the only problem we had was the pool was freezing, and the building could use a little work. All and all it was a nice location and friendly people. It was our first trip we explored alot by walking everywhere we went, we can't afford alot so it was a good place to stay, affordable and right out back was beach could't ask for much more. Thanks for the nice experience for my family.

Price to high
Hotel was doing some remodeling floor had. I carpet rooms didn't look like on website... Very pricey for room with little it them but the ocean view was great. Maybe if the remodel was comPleted things might have been better

Great Location,Not a good Hotel
Rooms are horrible. Curbside apparel is deceiving. Beautiful on the outside. Ugly af on the inside. Holes in the shower curtain, floors feel like they haven't been vacuumed properly. Feels like left over sand from people's previous stays. Electrical sockets are non working in a couple areas of the room. Iron and ironing board missing...as if somebody took it home with them. For what it cost a night, this room should've been spotless. The location is everything, but the rooms are nothing!!!
