remodeling hotel air didn't work in the room. friendly and helpful staff. good for our fishing trip.

soon as i arrived girl at desk gives me another guest credit card information and i told her and she said it was ok.. the room didnt have any heat or hot water then they moved my room the entire building didnt have hot water the maintence told us that.. the hotel has mold and very smelly its nothing like the site says also has on site breakfast and computer thers none of that at this hotel or wifi..false advertisement. ruin my experience of ever wanting to go back to virginia

This was my first trip to Virginia Beach and when I saw the pictures online I thought for the price it would be a good stay for the weekend. I was very surprised when I got there to see the only thing that was like the pictures was the outside. The front desk girl was not very friendly when I checked in. You get what you pay for staying here.

Key card did not work but gave me a real key witch did, everything was great, they even let me check in early.

Our experience was great the only problem we had was the pool was freezing, and the building could use a little work. All and all it was a nice location and friendly people. It was our first trip we explored alot by walking everywhere we went, we can't afford alot so it was a good place to stay, affordable and right out back was beach could't ask for much more. Thanks for the nice experience for my family.

Hotel was doing some remodeling floor had. I carpet rooms didn't look like on website... Very pricey for room with little it them but the ocean view was great. Maybe if the remodel was comPleted things might have been better

Rooms are horrible. Curbside apparel is deceiving. Beautiful on the outside. Ugly af on the inside. Holes in the shower curtain, floors feel like they haven't been vacuumed properly. Feels like left over sand from people's previous stays. Electrical sockets are non working in a couple areas of the room. Iron and ironing board missing...as if somebody took it home with them. For what it cost a night, this room should've been spotless. The location is everything, but the rooms are nothing!!!

The staff were friendly, i had no real issues with that, however, i requested more tsowels that i never received, i had to get them myself. Also, i never put up the "leave us alone" sign and my room never got cleaned. The shower had no trays for soap, shampoo, or your towels. The floor was disgusting. I wasn't comfortable walking around in my barefeet. The free parking is a block away, outside, in a non-guarded field. The only thing aboutnthe hotel that was a positive was it was in the middle of everything it seemed. Horrible hotel, i won't staynthere ever again & I will not recommend it.

Accomodations right on the beachfront. Good location. Decent room, view was great ,could see all that I wanted in an oceanfront view. Room very clean, everything worked. Comfortable clean beds, bathrooms. Good location to Virginia Beach attractions,shopping dining. It was all good..Would stay again in the future.

We were very disappointed in the hotel, accessibility for disabilities and there was no parking!! The only thing good there is the beach. We dredded having to go back to our room every night. For the cost of the room it was so outrageous and so not worth it. Never staying there again!!!!!!!!!!!
